Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the National Board of Computer Education Centre (NBCEC). By enrolling in our courses and accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your registration or payment.


1. General Provisions

1.1 Eligibility: By enrolling in a program, you confirm that you are eligible to participate based on the criteria set by NBCEC for the specific course or program.

1.2 Modifications: NBCEC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be communicated through official channels, and your continued use of services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

1.3 Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and NBCEC’s internal policies and guidelines during your course and program participation.


2. Enrollment and Registration

2.1 Enrollment Process: Enrollment in any course or program is subject to availability, the completion of all necessary formalities, and the acceptance of payment.

2.2 Course Changes: NBCEC reserves the right to modify the course structure, schedule, content, or instructors based on academic and operational requirements. Students will be notified in advance about any significant changes.

2.3 Non-transferability: Enrollment is personal and non-transferable. Students cannot transfer their registration to another person under any circumstances.


3. Payment Terms

3.1 Course Fees: The fees for each program are outlined at the time of enrollment. All fees must be paid in full according to the payment schedules provided at the time of registration.

3.2 Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the Refund Policy. Refunds are not granted once a course has commenced unless there are exceptional circumstances.

3.3 Late Payments: If a payment is overdue, NBCEC reserves the right to suspend access to course materials and services until full payment is received.


4. Course Access and Materials

4.1 Course Access: Upon successful enrollment and payment, students will gain access to course materials, resources, and online platforms provided by NBCEC for the duration of their program.

4.2 Intellectual Property: All content provided during the course, including but not limited to videos, text, assessments, and software, is the intellectual property of NBCEC and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without explicit permission.

4.3 Use of Materials: Course materials are intended for personal use only by enrolled students. Any misuse or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.


5. Student Responsibilities

5.1 Conduct: Students are expected to maintain professionalism and respect during their studies. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by NBCEC may result in expulsion from the course with no refund.

5.2 Course Requirements: Students must meet all academic and attendance requirements to be eligible for certification. Failure to meet these criteria may result in the non-issuance of certificates.

5.3 Confidentiality: Students agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during their course.


6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Personal Information: NBCEC collects and processes personal data only for the purpose of enrollment, communication, and administration. This data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2 Data Sharing: NBCEC does not share personal data with third parties except when required by law or with your prior consent.


7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Responsibility for Learning: NBCEC makes every effort to provide high-quality education and resources, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Students are responsible for their own learning and success in the course.

7.2 Liability: NBCEC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services or course materials.


8. Termination of Enrollment

8.1 Voluntary Withdrawal: Students may choose to withdraw from a course at any time, subject to the terms of the Refund Policy.

8.2 Expulsion: NBCEC reserves the right to expel students for any serious misconduct, breach of terms, or failure to adhere to the institution's policies, without refunding the fees.


9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the services or courses provided by NBCEC shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of India.
